H2 Hub Services NW Ltd is a property agency registered in England and Wales, operating from Clayton le Moors, Lancashire. We are members of UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents) and subscribe to a Client Money Protection scheme.

4. Agency terms of business

Separate written terms of business govern our estate agency, letting and property management services. These are provided to clients prior to instruction and form the binding agreement between H2 Hub Services NW Ltd and the client. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and specific terms of business, the specific terms of business prevail.

5. Fees

Our fee schedules are provided on instruction. For residential sales, our fee is only payable on successful completion of a transaction. For letting and management services, fees are set out in the relevant terms of business and the required landlord fee schedule, which is available on request and displayed at our office as required by law.

6. Anti-money laundering

As an estate agent, H2 Hub Services NW Ltd is subject to the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We are required to verify the identity of all buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants before acting. We may request identity documents and retain copies in accordance with our legal obligations.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, branding and design, is the property of H2 Hub Services NW Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce any part of this site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability
